My name is Scott Farnan, a life-long Delawarean and full-time real estate agent.  I've been with Patterson-Schwartz for over a dozen years.  In 2018 I started the Scott Farnan Team (formerly Farnan Real Estate) at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, a group of six dedicated real estate professionals that know Delaware and its neighboring areas, and have a drive for providing quality customer service.

Having been raised in Delaware myself, and now raising two children of my own, along with my wife Kate, I am confident that my knowledge, along with my teams's, of the Delaware real estate market, from the Brandywine Valley to our beautiful beaches will greatly benefit your buying or selling experience. For those looking across state lines, I am also licensed in Pennsylvania and have great familiarity with the Chester County and Delaware County real estate markets.
